Acceptable Use Policy

MOVEABRO is a subscription-based SaaS platform, operated by Tomas Gabalis (sole trader, Lithuania), that helps users discover and match with employment opportunities based on their professional profile, preferences and selected markets. AI-assisted CV and cover letter tools are supporting features of that software. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Use the service honestly

• Only submit information about yourself that you believe to be true and accurate.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
• Only upload content you have the rights to, such as your own CV and certificates.

2. Prohibited activity

• Unlawful use, fraud, spam or harassment of any kind.
• Infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfering with security or availability: malware, probing, scraping, automated bulk extraction, or circumventing plan or technical limits.
• Reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service.
• Sharing account credentials or operating accounts on behalf of other people at scale.

3. AI-assisted features

• Do not use the service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech or malware, or to attempt to bypass safety controls.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated documents for accuracy before sending them to an employer. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• We do not guarantee employment, interviews or job offers, and nothing in the service should be read as such a guarantee.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse or infringing content to support@moveabro.com. We may remove content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Repeat infringers lose access.
